Mother's Day Special - "Poets in the Wild."  

Winding through the scenic beauty of the Rouge River Valley, this invigorating trek over varied terrain makes a perfect early spring outing for adventurous spirits.  We’ll journey through field, stream, and forest, and encounter myriad plants and flowers returning to life after a long winter, along with all manner of local animals – it’s not unusual to come across a beaver or two. 

Also, it's a first for us to have  Edward Nixon of livewords bringing along some of his Poet friends to share their thoughts and words with us.

5K - 8K

Rugged terrain hiking boots strongly recommended!
