Yoga Walk and Central Toronto Ravines 2011 Grand Finale

RAIN DATE: To be determined

Today's perfect union of mind, body, and spirit. Breathe, stretch, and relax in the great outdoors in nature's Urban Oasis. An invigorating blend of walking and yoga in Toronto's beautiful Cedarvale Ravine.

Walking in nature gives us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy and experience its abundant beauty. To see and experience the beauty all around us, that also lives in all of our hearts. To slow down to the speed of the moment and revel in the movement of our bodies and the sights, sounds and smells of nature.

Our Yoga Walk with Leonor Mowry and our Central Toronto Ravines Walk with Trail Master Alan Lavine will both start at 10:00 am SHARP!

We gather at Starbucks at 446 Spadina Road starting at 9:45 am. (see map below)
